On Monday I talked with Fitbit person, who helped me Sync my Fitbit Alta HR after 4 days not being able to sync. Of course it worked on Monday, but not Tuesday and not today, Wednesday. I don't understand why this keeps happening. Paid too much for this problem to keep happening.

It's great to see you around, @Winner13.
I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. Since you already opened a case with support, I recommend keeping in touch with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.

This seems to me as a general problem. I never manage to sync my Alta either, this is very annoying and I might try to buy another brand of fitness tracker, Garmin sounds promising. I feel I am wasting my time trying to sync instead of getting fit.
