Alta battery not charging

I can not get my fitbit alta to charge I did try to press the reset button as instructed  and it's still not working.  It did not reset   please help

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your Alta before posting. If you haven't already done so, please check the information that's specified on: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and after taking into consideration the steps that are specified there, let me know if the issue persists.
