My Alta is pretty new (used it for just several times)
I have tried to restart the Alta and update the Fitbit application but it didn’t help.
Does someone know how to fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your Alta before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? This could be related to a battery issue, perhaps it's not properly charging. That said, please check the information that's specified on: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and after taking into consideration the steps that are specified there, let me know if the issue persists.
