My Alta works when charged for a couple of days (use to be fine for a week), then when I am waking up I see that there is no display. It will not sync with the phone either, so I plug it in and it looks fine. However, it does not update with any sleep or activity from later the day before. Why are these blackouts happening? What can I do to correct this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? This could be related to a battery issue, perhaps it's not properly charging. That said, please check the information that's specified on: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and after taking into consideration the steps that are specified there, let me know if the issue persists.
