Alta display and syncing issues

My fitbit stopped working last night and I still have the black screen and it won't sync. I've tried to reset it by pressing the button on the charger 3 times in 8 seconds. I get nothing.  Help.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the syncing and display issues you are experiencing. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you followed those steps to restart your unit. About the syncing, follow the steps in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
