My Alta display is not working. I have tried restarting it twice o no avail. Can you help me?

My Alta display is blank, although it vibrates when I connect it to the charger and i can see it recording steps in real time with the app open. It's 95% charged so it's different from other problems I've read where it won't stay charged.
I tried hitting to reset it by hitting the charger button 3 times, but nothing happens.

Same my problem and dont think that fitbit support going to help us only they will offer you a 25% discount to buy a new one, so better to buy any other brand (except fitbit 👎🏻) that will remain with you and that what i will do.
