My Alta charging cord doesn’t have a button on it to restart my device, any suggestions

Hi @WendyR13 - Sometimes that button is difficult to see. It is on the flip side of the end that connects to the charger. See my picture below. Please check there and let us know if you see it. I had trouble finding it at first when I had the Alta. Here are the instructions to restart that device, although it sounds like you already know how, and just need the button.

Hi Carol
I think my Fitbit is dead. It’s not charging and I can’t restart it.
I haven’t used it for a couple of years, as I couldn’t find the charger. Bought a new charger but to no avail.
