Alta has died 😭

Hi - I was wearing my Alta yesterday and it behaved perfectly fine until just before 5pm. It synced with my phone at 4.44pm but is now completely blank. Battery was fully charged. On the app it is showing an exclamation mark next to where you check sync. I have tried the reset by pressing the button on the charger cable but to no avail. This was a gift from my daughter and I would love to have it running as it should. Please help. Thank you.

A Long Restart

Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
