My Alta hr display has started flickering. I spoke with Sontag Fitbit who talked me through resetting it. It still flickers. I was told he couldn’t do anything about it except offer me a discount off a new Fitbit!  Mine is not that old. When asked if it could be mended he said they don’t have anyone in my area to do that!  I won’t be getting another Fitbit!!!

Mine also started flickering.  I talked with Anna at Fitbit support today.  In addition to resetting it, she had me clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush.  Still didn't work and that was the extent of their troubleshooting for this problem.  It was 18 months old, I was offered a 25% discount on their website.  I expect devices to last longer than that.

Glad to know. Thank you but still disappointed with the poor after sales service. Will get an Apple next time. The flickering is getting worse. This was a present from my daughter. She will be so upset.
