Alta keeps shutting down

So I put my Atla on the charger and I did the 3 button clicks to reset it but then a little later (after I put it back on) it will shut down again. I tap the device 3 times to awake it but the screen still stays black. How do I stop it for shutting completely off like that. Thanks for the help.

Hi @Mad36471 Unfortunately it sounds like your Alta is dying. If restarts dont fix it there is nothing else you can try. Sorry.
