My less-than-a-year-old Alta keeps shutting down despite having 70% battery. It does not track steps accurately some days it shows 0 steps and does not update steps in the Workweek Challenge.
I have reset the Alta by pressing the button 3 times when it's plugged in. I have reinstalled the App. I am using a Pixel 2. I have been having multiple problems with the Alta and App for about 4 months. And my strap broke twice. Is the Alta cursed?
