Alta not found by the FItbit App

I recently noticed my Fitbit app not finding my Fitbit Alta device after numerous troubleshooting attempts.. I did everything correctly, the Fitbit app I have is up to date and running on an IPhone 11 IOS 14.1.. Either something is wrong with the Fitbit or something else is causing this issue.. Any help that I haven’t already tried is greatly appreciated.

Hello @KickRocks84 Welcome to the Community Forums! Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you tried prior to posting.

If you have un-paired your Alta from the Fitbit App, you will need to remove the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device: On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.

Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. Also, please make sure no other mobile devices are nearby as this can interfere with the set up or sync process. If you have questions about the set up, please check: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Keep me posted if you have any questions.
