I've been wearing my Alta hr to bed and it is no longer giving me a sleep score and now it is not clocking my light, do and rem sleep. I've tried resetting my device, resyncing, no be upgraded available, and it's definitely tight enough. Anyone know why it's still not working?

Hi @Mer87, welcome to the Community Forums! Thanks for your post.
I appreciate the information that was shared in your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Alta HR? Is your device recording Sleep Stages as the way it was designed or you haven't received such sleep stats? If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I've been having this issue for the last month. 10/30 days have given a sleep score. It reads waking and also but not deep sleep or Rem. I am on a Huawei but it also does not work on the computer. Fitbit is updated, and now it's not logging my workouts and I have to restart my phone daily to sync

I was having this problem since June then I thought it was because of my Alta HR was over 2 years old so I ordered a new one but situation is the same since I got it three days ago.
I'm using a Xiaomi RedMe 5 Plus mobile

I’ve tried everything, updating, wearing it loose, wearing it tight, but I finally figured it out. I wear the watch 180° So the sensor is on my wrist. Not sure if it’s because it’s the hair on my forearm that is interfering but once I started wearing it this way it works every time.
