Alta not recording Sleep Score

Will not register  a daily sleep score.

Hi @Vickikate, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for your post. Let me share with you that in order to receive Sleep Score, your device must register Sleep Stages, feature that uses heart rate information but your Alta device do not register, therefore, your sleep will be recorded but in a simplified way.
