Why is it that I can get text messages when my device's battery is low but I don't get a notification for when my device hasn't synced in 24 hours? I just received my weekly report, that I use for my health insurance discounts and found that it hadn't synced since Monday?!
Anyone else having issues like this? Also:
-the device is charged
-the device is within inches of the phone for syncing
-all service between the devices (phone and FitBit) are turned on

Thanks for the details provided in your post. If your Alta is not syncing and you're not getting notifications, there could be some trouble with the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Alta.
