My Alta HR stopped syncing routinely last week. I have tried the restart with no luck. I do not have a smart phone and must use a Windows 7 pc. My pc shows does not show it plugged in USB port. I have a dongel in place.

@STU9 Since Windows 7 is no longer supported as @Odyssey13 mentioned, I recommend you to install Windows 10 on your computer and then you can download the Fitbit app for Windows 10 to keep syncing your Alta HR.
