How long have you had the device?  Did you contact Support to see if they can run a Battery Test?

First day I opened the box it stopped working when unplugged from charger.
Called support and went thru all trouble shooting tips. Nothing worked to
fix it. I love the style, but you'd think for over $200 it would at least
work for a while. Very disappointed 😞

Nothing us happening. It never worked since it arrived, tech couldn't
help and now they are looking into the warranty.
