My Fitbit Alta keeps switching off randomly even though it had been recently charged.
I have tried to reset it a number of times but this doesn't make a difference,it is 14 months old and that seems too short a time for it to discarded.
any ideas?

i believe that it should still be under warranty, come you please advise me of my next step to solve this problem.
