My Fitbit has stopped showing celebrations when I reach my step goal. I.e. shows up in the app as completed, but no more fireworks or disco ball on the Fitbit. Please help! This is my favorite feature!

I have a brand new Inspire and I love its little face so I was excited to see what the celebrations were like but no go!

I have the same problem on my older FitBit. I think it's a software issue. I have chatted online with "tech support," but they haven't fixed anything. It's super frustrating. It's been an issue since the last major update. I want my showers of confetti back! It went from awesome celebration to tiny, sedate celebration, to now nothing. It makes me feel cheated. FitBit, when will you fix this?? It's been months now for several users. Why go from awesome to lame?
