Had it for a couple of years & this hasn't happened before - just happened overnight. I've turned Bluetooth off & on & removed the Alta from the phone & then paired it again - no change. I've seen people post about this on new devices, but not existing ones?

I'm not sure what is ment by pair again, @RachelS1a? you should not be able to pair, and if you did, the app will never find the fitbit.
First I would remove the tracker from the phones bluetooth and then do an add device through the Fitbit app.

Thanks Rich. I ended up uninstalling it on my phone & reinstalling & it found & updated the tracker.
