I’ve had my Fitbit for a bit of time now, but have started facing low brightness issues since last two years. Along with the battery draining out leaving a blank screen which doesn’t track the actions.
I would like to know if this issue is fixable and dose anyone else have a similar case ?
Over the years I have loved using the device and it has stayed with me during my fitnesses ups n down. Don’t want to give up on it yet.

Hi @KetakiK the older my Alta HR got, the harder it was to see the screen in bright light. My solution was to get the new Luxe, which has brightness settings so it's really good in full sunlight, even when I'm wearing sunglasses. I wish there was a way the Alta HR screen was brighter, but the only thing I could do was keep my phone handy to see the dashboard that way. Sorry, but your Fitbit has had a good life.
