Alta time format issues

I have changed it from 12 hours to 24 and back again just don’t seem to change always in 12 hours clock ...

If you want to change your timezone format, I recommend checking the article: How do I change to a 12 or 24 hour clock? and make sure you are following the steps provided there. Keep in mind that this process needs to be done from a computer.

I have done this a few time and allowed my Fitbit to battery to run out but still remains on a 12 hour clock ..
