Good evening all, 

Sorry if already posted just after a bit of advice, a second hand fitbit was bought for me a couple of years ago, which I haven't worn constantly in that time as worn others as well as another fitbit that died.. Lately the alta charges fine and is fine all the time it's worn, then when it more or less gets below 50% of if I take it off to bathe etc even for a couple of mins it won't switch back on again, then I had to plug it back in charger it starts charging again I've reset it numerous times by pressing button as advised it will either go off straight away or it'll lady until I remove it off my wrist again.. Just wondering if its on the way out? Thanks for any advice 😊

Thanks for your efforts trying to solve this prior reaching out. According to Fitbit support you already contacted them in regards to your Alta situation. I suggest to continue handling this situation with them to avoid confusions.
