Hi, hope someone can help 🙂 

A few times now, my Fitbit Alta won't fully charge. It charges till about 75%. Also, in the Settings, I have it switched off that the battery level is showing. However, with the 75% charge, the first thing my screen shows when I tap it, is the battery level. Anyone an idea on what's going on?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. If you are having problems charging your tracker, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.

The problem isn't that the fitbit doesn't charge,  it just doesn't fully charge.
