Alta won't set up

Hi everyone I hope someone can help as Fitbit returned my email saying they no longer help via email. 

I have tried setup for Alta countless times to no avail.

I get the 4 digit code and it tries to connect to Fitbit and never succeeds... it will count steps, but display on Alta only has this Fitbit.com/setup... I am using my iPhone as i have with all devices and no hassles until now.

Thanks for troubleshooting this before posting. If you haven't tried so and if the issue persists, you can follow the steps in this link Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?. I suggest to also check that your Fitbit app is up to date.
