Whenever i try to reset it using the button on the USB cable, it doesn’t restart. I’ve followed the Alta restart instructions saying to press the button 3 times within 8 seconds, but it doesn’t display the Fitbit logo, meaning it isn’t actually restarting. It’s almost fully charged, but won’t last more than an hour before it shuts off and i need to plug it in again.
