my fitbit stopped working - it is completely "dead". I took it off for a while when it had 19% battery, later, after 15 minutes I put it on again, tried to check my steps, but it did not respond at all. I can not charge it, it doesn't show anything on the screen.
I know the charger is fine, because my husband also owns the same fitbit model and the charger works with his band with no problems. I also checked the joints and they are clean. Can you please help me with resolving the problem?
