Alta won't turn on

Hi I can't get my Alta fitbit to turn on when i'm charging it and I tap it that's the only way it turns on. When I take it of the charger and tap it it does not want to turn on adn I did it on all different speedsbut still it doesnot want to turn on WHAT DO I DO HELPPPPPPP

Hi, @tysmlove , have you tried the restart procedure?  Sometimes you have to repeat this procedure several times before it works.

To restart, please plug your Alta in to charge in the usual way, using the charger originally supplied with your Fitbit.  You will see on the USB end of the charger a small button.  While your Alta is still plugged in and charging, press this button 3 times, pausing briefly between each press (as in press, one two, press one two, press one two).  Not too fast and not too slow!  When it has restarted you shouod see the Fitbit logo as it reboots.

If it doesn't work please try again a few times more.
