After I sync my fitbit, and click on sleep, it freezes. It will go to the sleep screen, but I'm unable to see the breakdown of my sleep details and even clicking on the setting gear, or any other 'option' won't go through. If I uninstall and reinstall the app, will I lose all of my data? 😞 Thank you.

No, you will not lose all your data if you uninstall and reinstall the app. Just log back in when the install is finished and it will all be right there. Please try that and see if it helps with the freezing issue.
