My alta battery died and I didn't charge it for a few days and now the date and time displayed on my Fitbit are incorrect. I have synced it with the app and it still does not change, any solutions?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Restart
http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=restart&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it to s different one. Sync it. Go back in and change it to the correct one and sync again

Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings and do the same as above

The best and easiest way was to change the clock face. It resets the time! I was able to fix the problem without resetting any thing!!!WOOT WOOT

This worked for my charge 3(setting a new clock face). I had to also restart it in order for it to sync. Thanks so much!
