Battery dies quickly since update

Was a firmware update pushed at the same time as the app updated recently? I've seen that Fitbit is aware of the syncing problem, but I'm wondering if a firmware update was also pushed because ever since the app was updated, all of a sudden my battery dies quickly. I charge it and it isn't just slowly getting low, but rather in a few hours I get an exclamation point that it's empty. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as restarting the Fitbit several times and nothing has helped.

I struggle to get mine to charge too. I had 60% charge on my Alta hr and it died. I have to do all sorts to get it to charge again. Seems to sometimes restart if I push the restart button on charger 3x fast. So frustrating, it's not as if they are cheap.

Hi @larene  @Liemommy  Unfortunately the Alta HR is getting rather old now and has been discontinued for some time, so your Tracker, as well be dying. All you can do is try restarting several times, but if that isnt helping there is nothing else you can do.

Restart your Tracker
