I’m on my second or third Alta and it is having the same issue as the previous. The battery dies after 1 day, and when I plug it in, the Alta boots up and instantly shows that the battery is already at about 75%. Can someone please tell me how to resolve this? I never had any of these issues when I had a One.

Could you please confirm that you have followed help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

 

Did you change your previous trackers because of this reason?
