Stopped working a week ago tried everything and fit bit remains dead cleaned all connections tried to restart by pressing the button on charger and nothing still dead

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? To move forward with this situation and because the green lights of your device are not flashing, can you please let me know if the battery not charging troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post were tried? Please keep me posted, I'll be waiting for your reply.

mine quit charging last night at 11 pm - they say my warranty is over 😞 - did not mention any other ongoing issues

Followed all steps even purchased a new charger incase there was a fault with it but the same thing no response at all from the Fitbit completely dead

I have now done everything and the fit bit is dead and will do nothing think I will get a samsung watch as the fit bit has not lasted at all
