Battery not charging

Hi. My battery gets fully charged while on the charger, and when I removes it, charge suddenly disappears. It's 3 years old. Im in India,  in Mumbai and there is no where I can give it to be rectified

Hi @Vandy2163 Im afraid it sounds as if your battery has died. There is nothing you can do to fix it as the batteries are not replaceable. Sorry.

But try restarting it several times just in case that helps, though I rather doubt it. Give it a try though.
