5 days ago my alta hr which is just over 2 years old started scrolling thru very quickly on display. Put on charge & did reset. Had to do it a couple of times but finally got it working. Then following day realised heart rate wasn't working. Did a reset again & got it working. It's been fine for last couple of days but today has died - there are no green lights on fitbit. Tried connecting to charger & resetting doesn't seem to have any effect. Does this mean it has died completely?
