I just got a FitBit as a gift but it doesn’t seem to be able to update. It says there was a problem communicating with your tracker. What should I do? I’ve tried uninstalled device from the apps and reinstalled. I’ve tried turning the Fitbit on and off. It doesn’t seem to work.

Hi @Al92,
Have you tried restarting both the phone and the device? If there's a connection error, that often means that neither device is communicating, and by restarting both, you're getting rid of any bugs that could be preventing communication.
Also, are there any other Fitbits or Bluetooths on when you try to sync? These can interfere with the connection between your device and your phone. They will either need to be moved or turned off while you're syncing your Fitbit.
