My HR screen is completely dark. There is no light on the back, and when I plug in the charger, it doesn't respond. I've even tried hitting reset 3 times. Any thoughts?

Mine is doing the exact same thing. It synced about an hour ago and now it is totally black. No green light on back of band. Put it on charger but nothing is happening. Where is the reset?
