I see there've been a few similar questions - have had my Alta about 2 and a half years, was charging it before tea, it got to about 75%, took it off charge while I ate, plugged in again when I sat down, had a quick flash of Fitbit logo on display, then a blank battery , rather than charging symbol, and almost instantly it got hot to the touch. Has it died?
