I have an Alta HR. No GPS, but when I run I use my phone’s GPS to properly track my run. After 100+ runs, why does my cardio score show as a range rather than a number ? Is it simply because my Alta doesn’t have built in GPS?

Hello @Mroussakis and welcome to the Help forums. You need a Fitbit that has either built-in GPS or connected GPS to get the cardio fitness score that is the single number, not the range. The Fitbit algorithms need your heart rate data and distance to estimate your cardio fitness score. Your Alta HR doesn't support this feature.
