I noticed one day last week that my display on my Alta HR is messed up. It's like the top half is "scrambled". I have gotten it wet or damaged it in any way.
Anyone else have this issue? Is it fixable? I've had this fitbit for about a year or so.
Any help would be appreciated.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

So part of the numbers should be missing?! It was NEVER like that until a few days ago.
This may be a better pic.

Best AnswerI am also having thr sane issue started last week I have reset still not working and I have not gotten wet had less than a year.
Best AnswerMy look just like yours did you get a workaround to fix this?
Best AnswerI am having the same issue. I called Fitbit Tech Support and they said that mine was out of warranty and they offered me a coupon for 25% off one of their current models. I'd really like to resolve this faulty unit.
Best AnswerI've been having this problem with my tracker for a few weeks now. Seems to be intermittent, and I've reset it. I've been getting the pixelation and screen dimness. It's at the point I can't even take a picture of the pixelation because the screen is so dim, it's almost none existing.

Best AnswerMine was so much worse than all these photos then it just went blank after trying to reset it several times unsuccessfully. I think it is done for. It was like a bunch of random dots and dashes before it went blank and would not turn on at all.
