My Alta stopped syncing after my phone upgraded. Fitbit support won't do anything. They REFUSE to acknowledge that there is a problem with the android update with certain devices. They said that it has not been reported, but I see posts that say the same thing as me. They don't care - they offered 35% off of a new one (with some exceptions) even though it is out of the year warranty. I find this INSULTING!!!
