I have a Alta HR. Lately it's not syncing with my android phone. I tried all the tricks suggested and nothing works. I had a similar problem with a previous fit bit. I guess they just stop working properly after 2 years. Right now there is no way to get in touch with any tech. support. If I ever want to buy a new fitness tracker it will not be a fit bit.

Me too! I am totally frustrated. I have had to call support 3 days in a row! Yesterday, the tech was very condescending. Today's tech was much better. I love my Fitbit, but these tech issues make me think I will not purchase another one.

Thanks for the info:) I just tried calling, 3 pm PST on Saturday, and received a message that customer support is closed on weekends.
