Device battery not charging

My FitBit started flickering yesterday and mid morning today suddenly stopped. The battery will not charge and the battery indicator on my phone is showing 5% with a line across it. Is it possible to have a battery replacement?

Hello @Debjoan, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. First, I'd like to let you know that it's not possible to have a battery replacement for your Alta HR, however, if you haven't already done so I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
