Device not turning on

My Alta HR was flashing through the different clock faces last night with no end until it died last night. I looked on others posts and tried to factory reset it and re sync it to my phone(has solved others problem). It worked for about an hour this morning then shut off completely. It will not charge, show anything on the face, the green heart rate light isn’t on, and my phone says it cannot find my Fitbit device. Does anyone have any advice?
