Device not charging

I have a fairly new Fitbit and it won’t charge, it suddenly lost charge and then won’t charge again, or it charges and then loses it again in less than an hour. It really is defunct. I am unsure as to what to do. I am not happy at all, haven’t been able to use it since.

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

 

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
