My Alta HR is about a year old I think and connected by Bluetooth to my iPhone XR. It was recording sleep up until Tuesday 2/18 and hasn’t recorded any sleep since but is recording everything else fine. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting my Fitbit, logging out, deleting the app, disconnecting wifi and Bluetooth but it’s still not recording it. Not sure what to do?

I appreciate the details that were shared with me and your patience troubleshooting this matter prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Alta HR is not recording Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.
