Welcome to the forums!
Do you have alarms set?
How about the 250 steps per hour?
It will vibrate for certain things you have set

Hi @Lucy-35, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please provide more information and details about this vibration issue? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Your device does this without showing anything on the display? More information will be appreciated so we can move forward with this.
@WendyB Your support is always appreciated.
I'll be around.

My device vibrates at 10 minutes oi the hour during the day. I have no idea how this started and no idea how to shut it off. At least it does not do it during the overnights. Just rolling with it.

NIbbles1 it sounds as if your have your device set to notify you if you haven't reached 250 steps taken during an hour. This is optional.
With the Alta HR, under Account>Goals>Actiity>Activity Goals>Hourly Actiity Goal is a place to set the reminders. I think if you set the times to 0 o'clock in each grid, it should turn off the option and stop the "alarm", which is the vibration you're feeling.

Thank you. Do I find the account heading on the dashboard?

Yes, this is on the dashboard on my smartphone.
I see that you've posted about the Alta Versa - there is no Alta Versa. There is an Alta, an Alta HR (which this board is dedicated to) and a Versa. The above istructions are for Alta HR.
