My Fitbit Alta shows a 100% charge on my phone app but as soon as I remove the charger/USB cable from my laptop, the display stops working.
Restarted my phone, tried resyncing but it won't work.
The device is black and blank and of no use.

Thank you for sharing all this information you've shared regarding the display of your Alta that is not responding when disconnected from the charger.
I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
