My Alta HR was fine in the beginning. Although it is synched to my iPhone XR and everything is recorded on that, there is absolutely nothing on the device itself. The two green lights show on the underneath and it does charge properly but that’s the only purpose it is able to serve. Anyone had the same experience?

Yes, mine was fine this morning but now I have no display. It is synced to my phone fine, so I know it is fully charged and working, but no display - sooo frustrating!

So I tried the online chat with Support and they couldn’t help - just sent thru a 35% discount code for a new one!

I stupidly tried to remove the HR to reinstall it but couldn’t see the code because I have no display! Now I can’t even track stats in the app!

I’m glad I’m not the only one. Now there is only one VERY VERY bright green light on the underside. It is fully charged but nothing is recording on my phone. It is now absolutely useless!
