Display screen not wokring

Hello.  My display screen is not working.  I did the reset and it worked for about 2 minutes and then stopped again.  When I attach it to the charger the Fitbit logo will pop up but the time, steps, etc will not.  Before I did the reset a few minutes ago it said my battery was at 90%, now on the Fitbit itself it says 25% but my phone app says 90%.  Hope this info helps to figure out the issue.

Since hitting post the other stats are popping up now that it has been plugged in for a few minutes.  Seems like my battery is draining very quickly

Hi @BMcAfee  Try restarting your tracker several times and see if it then performs better. If it doesnt then I suggest you contact Support.
